As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Responsibilities include receiving inventory, organizing stock, processing orders using our inventory management system, and ensuring accurate shipment documentation. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
  • Understand and utilize our logistics software for order processing.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Comfortable with manual labor and repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending and Lifting.
