Join our growing logistics team as a Distribution Center Associate in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position involves a wide range of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a physically active environment and possesses excellent attention to detail. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our products reach customers accurately and on time. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all company policies and procedures is expected. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation efforts.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Good physical condition and stamina for a demanding role.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime when necessary.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
