Job Summary:
Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in St. Louis, Missouri, and play a key role in our daily logistics operations. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to handle a variety of tasks essential for the efficient functioning of our warehouse. This role involves receiving, processing, and moving inventory, as well as preparing orders for shipment. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the timely delivery of goods to our customers. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging pallets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to Safety standards.
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for specific tasks.
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to following Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management concepts.
