This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, and preparing orders for shipment. You will operate material handling equipment, assist with inventory management, and ensure that all products are handled with care and accuracy. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and all associates are expected to follow strict guidelines and utilize required PPE. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts and support overall logistics goals.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 40 pounds. Willingness to wear required PPE. Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. This role is essential for our distribution network and requires dedication.
