Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before items are dispatched.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management tasks as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere within our logistics hub.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- A proactive approach to safety and the willingness to use required PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
