Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using a scanner or pick list.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is beneficial.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
