We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is crucial for the effective operation of our logistics center, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will contribute to maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that products move smoothly through our supply chain. Safety is our highest priority, and adherence to all safety regulations and the use of mandated PPE is expected. We are looking for individuals who are dependable and committed to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick items for orders using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Pack merchandise securely for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles and work areas.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock verification.
- Follow all company safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support various warehouse and logistics functions as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive logistics environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
