Join our San Francisco, California team as an Order Picker! This dynamic role is central to our logistics operations, requiring you to accurately retrieve products from warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders. As an Order Picker, you will utilize RF scanners and follow pick lists to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and capable of working at a steady pace in a busy warehouse environment. A strong commitment to Safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is essential. This position involves significant movement throughout the warehouse and requires the ability to handle moderate Lifting tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves accurately.
- Use RF scanning devices and pick sheets to identify and collect products.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition.
- Stage picked items for the packing process.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Perform tasks that require consistent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices.
- Understanding of logistics workflows.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving frequent movement and Lifting.
