We are seeking a reliable Material Handler for our busy warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods throughout our logistics facility. Your duties will encompass a range of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Operating manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, will be part of your daily routine. Safety is our top priority; you are expected to adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds, and possess a good level of stamina. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is highly desirable. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
