We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure the efficient and safe flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include directing workflow, training and mentoring team members, optimizing storage and inventory management, and enforcing all company policies. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence and achieving our Logistics goals. While not directly involved in heavy Lifting , you will be overseeing operations where it occurs and ensuring safety protocols are followed. - Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Training, coaching, and evaluating employee performance.
- Ensuring efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implementing and enforcing all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular audits.
- Optimizing space utilization and warehouse layout.
- Managing equipment maintenance schedules.
- Resolving operational issues and customer inquiries.
- Ensuring all staff properly use required PPE .
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline Logistics processes.
