Job Summary:
Are you ready to join a growing team in Kansas City, Missouri? We are looking for enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to handle a variety of tasks in our state-of-the-art facility. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are processed, stored, and shipped efficiently. You will be involved in order picking, packing, receiving, and stocking inventory. We pride ourselves on a safe and organized work environment, providing comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Meet performance standards for productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Assist with shipping and loading functions as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and following instructions carefully.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
