You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and possesses a strong commitment to safety. We provide comprehensive training on our procedures and ensure all employees have access to the necessary PPE. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Sort, organize, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse floor.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and location verification.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Report any damaged goods or safety concerns immediately.
- Follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to use PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
