Job Summary:
Join our team in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support the efficient flow of goods through our busy distribution center. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety are paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against shipping documents.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners and other equipment.
  • Store and organize inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification opportunities available).
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all housekeeping and Safety procedures.
  • Comply with all company policies and wear required PPE , including safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and operational goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or Logistics setting is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Willingness to wear all necessary PPE .
