We are searching for motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to become an integral part of our operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This fast-paced role is at the heart of our e-commerce logistics, where accuracy and speed are paramount. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their items accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Participate in team efforts to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform manual Lifting of boxes and items, utilizing correct Lifting techniques.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
