Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to identify and locate items.
- Ensure picked items are in good condition and free from damage.
- Transport picked items to packing stations or designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear all required **PPE**, including **safety** shoes and vests.
- Perform **lifting** and carrying of items as needed throughout the shift.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our **logistics** flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker is a plus, but training is provided.
- Ability to perform consistent **lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic **safety** guidelines in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** principles is beneficial.
