Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and company policies.
- Properly use required **PPE** at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our **logistics** and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform **lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse **safety** procedures.
- Willingness to wear **PPE** as required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
