Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against documentation.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks and into warehouse locations.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks (training available).
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with shipping preparations and order staging.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and endurance.
- Capability for frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines and using required PPE.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking is a plus.
