Job Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a versatile Warehouse Associate in our Dallas, Texas facility. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse and contributes significantly to our overall logistics chain. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including receiving and checking in merchandise, stocking shelves, picking and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. A proactive attitude, reliability, and a strong focus on safety are key attributes for success in this position. You should be comfortable performing tasks that require physical activity, including frequent Lifting and moving of inventory. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and strict adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous, and we offer comprehensive training for motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
  • Pick products accurately based on order requirements.
  • Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
  • Report any operational issues or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
