We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our busy logistics center in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of forklifts to move materials, load and unload trucks, and manage inventory within the warehouse. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe working environment while maximizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate holds a valid forklift certification, possesses excellent spatial awareness, and has a strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols. Responsibilities include performing pre-operation checks on forklifts, transporting goods to and from designated areas, assisting with inventory management, and contributing to overall warehouse organization. You will also be involved in receiving and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. A commitment to adhering to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. This role requires a high degree of responsibility and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
