We are looking for energetic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. This includes receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and loading/unloading of goods. You will contribute directly to the efficient management of inventory and the timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Contribute to overall team goals for efficiency and productivity in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Team-oriented and willing to help where needed.
- Basic understanding of logistics concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
