We are looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and accuracy are key to our **logistics** operations. You will use scanning technology to locate and select products, ensuring the correct items and quantities are picked. Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to **PPE** guidelines is mandatory for all associates. This position offers a great opportunity for growth within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with inventory control and stock counts.
- Be prepared for moderate **Lifting** throughout the shift.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our **Logistics** operations.
- Uphold high standards of **Safety**.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous order picking experience is beneficial. Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform **Lifting** tasks. Understanding of **PPE** and warehouse **safety** protocols. Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Team-oriented and able to work independently. Familiarity with **logistics** processes is an advantage. Commitment to **safety** is essential.
