Our expanding logistics operations in Fort Worth, Texas, are looking for a proactive Warehouse Associate. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock and organize materials within the warehouse according to system guidelines.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the smooth functioning of our overall logistics and distribution network.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to handle regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and safety practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team structure.
- Commitment to wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
