We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Tampa, Florida location! Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and regular checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics and distribution operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of safe Lifting techniques and warehouse safety procedures.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for long periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must wear provided PPE in designated areas.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
