You will be responsible for locating products, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining an organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order slips or scanner data.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch within the logistics flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Conduct quality checks on picked and packed items.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Picker/Packer role or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and perform moderate Lifting (up to 35 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics setting.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety regulations and wear assigned PPE.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
