Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with shipping information.
- Stage packaged orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all warehouse Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall logistics flow.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and item numbers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must wear appropriate PPE as required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
