Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock items in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently after proper training.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work the required shift hours and overtime as needed.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
