Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Seattle, Washington! This role is pivotal to the smooth functioning of our logistics network, involving a range of responsibilities focused on efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. You will be involved in receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing them for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and all associates are required to follow stringent safety protocols and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without exception. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the physical stamina required for a demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment. You should be comfortable with tasks involving lifting, standing, and moving throughout your shift. As part of a collaborative team, your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly impact our operational success and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Accurately stock products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
  • Pack items securely and ensure orders are complete.
  • Label and stage orders for outgoing shipments.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the significance of PPE.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
