Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely fulfillment of orders. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all warehouse activities adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Schedule and manage warehouse staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE by all warehouse personnel.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse safety procedures, including regular safety audits.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping as needed.
  • Support the logistics department in achieving operational goals.
  • Perform tasks involving significant Lifting and physical demands.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse coordination or a similar logistics role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with material handling equipment and knowledge of safety procedures.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, often up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE.
