Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent Picker/Packer to join our bustling warehouse in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your duties will include using pick lists or scanners to locate products, ensuring order accuracy, and efficiently packaging items to prevent damage during transit. This position is vital to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work at a steady pace. You will be an integral part of our fulfillment team, contributing to the smooth and timely delivery of orders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products based on order details using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Verify picked items against order information to ensure accuracy.
  • Package items securely and appropriately for shipping.
  • Label packages correctly for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and protocols, including the use of PPE .
  • Contribute to the efficiency of our overall logistics workflow.
  • Perform tasks requiring manual lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to supervisors.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret order details and pick lists.
  • Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
