We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our vibrant warehouse facility in San Diego, California. In this essential role, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customers receive their correct items quickly and accurately. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets and carefully packing them for shipment. This position is a key component of our logistics operations. Success in this role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to quality. We maintain a high standard of workplace Safety , and all employees must adhere to our policies, including the mandatory use of PPE . This role involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, and Lifting items that can weigh up to 40 pounds. Comprehensive training will be provided on our picking and packing systems and best practices for handling merchandise. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order lists.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Ensure correct items and quantities are included in each shipment.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Maintain productivity standards for picking and packing speed.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and wear assigned PPE .
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
