We are seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This role is essential to our overall logistics network, supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking orders, packing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are paramount. We prioritize the well-being of our employees and adhere to strict Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, so physical stamina is required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and checks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety and the use of PPE .
- Meet performance targets for speed and accuracy.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
