We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse facility. Your primary duties will involve operating various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, to load and unload trucks, move inventory to and from storage locations, and assist with order fulfillment. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of warehouse operations are essential. You will ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage and that inventory records are accurate. Adherence to all safety protocols is paramount. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will collaborate closely with warehouse supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe operation and a keen eye for potential hazards. We provide ongoing training to ensure our team is up-to-date on the latest safety standards and operational best practices. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement within our growing logistics network. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are highly valued. Your contribution will be vital to our supply chain efficiency. Ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times is mandatory. You will also be responsible for routine pre-operation checks of the forklift equipment to ensure it is in good working order. Experience with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment is a plus. You must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
