We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our busy facility in Miami, Florida. This position is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a range of responsibilities to ensure goods are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess good organizational skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace Safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack products safely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage orders for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate manual and powered equipment as trained.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
