Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Jacksonville, Florida! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations and logistics. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety are essential in this role. You will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure that our warehouse runs smoothly and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory onto designated shelves and storage areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using order forms or scanners.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
