Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Follow instructions accurately and efficiently to meet operational targets.
- Engage in lifting and moving of various materials throughout the shift.
- Participate in team efforts to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting and bending.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Team-oriented and willing to assist colleagues.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
