We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse in New York City, New York. This role is essential for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to locate and retrieve items for customer orders using scanning equipment. You will meticulously check items for accuracy and then carefully package them for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines are crucial. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is also important. You will be required to use necessary PPE and follow all Safety procedures. Occasional Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs will be part of the role. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our Logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists and scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE .
- Contribute to efficient inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Understand and support the overall Logistics process.
- Participate in tasks involving moderate Lifting .
