We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this key role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your contribution is vital to our logistics operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction. You will work within our distribution center, utilizing various tools and equipment to manage inventory and fulfill orders accurately and promptly. A strong commitment to Safety and operational excellence is expected. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your performance contributes significantly to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process orders through our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company Safety guidelines.
- Proper use of required PPE is essential for all tasks.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and performing other physical tasks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly order fulfillment targets.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent attention to detail, and have a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics environment is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
