We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Indianapolis! This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks to keep goods moving efficiently. From receiving and stocking to picking and packing, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics chain. We offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company Safety rules and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere to Logistics best practices for handling and storing goods.
- Be aware of your surroundings and promote a culture of Safety.
- This role may require frequent movement, standing, and moderate Lifting.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job, including Lifting.
- Attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
