Your responsibilities will include receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. We provide comprehensive training on all warehouse procedures and ensure you have the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to perform your duties safely. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect inventory for any damages or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on order tickets or electronic systems.
- Pack orders securely for safe transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
