Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Columbus, Ohio! In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our order fulfillment process, contributing significantly to our logistics operations. Your duties will include receiving inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. We pride ourselves on a safe working environment and provide all essential PPE, along with thorough Safety training. This position requires physical agility, including consistent Lifting of products, and demands a high level of accuracy and efficiency. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and locate items for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and scanning.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Utilize all mandated PPE diligently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all Lifting guidelines and best practices for safe handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Capability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Awareness of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to wearing appropriate PPE.
