This role is fundamental to our success, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be instrumental in managing inventory, selecting products, and packaging them with care. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment, ensuring all shipping information is accurate.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and warehouse environment, following safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Perform lifting tasks up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Wear designated PPE, including safety glasses and gloves, as required by safety protocols.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily order fulfillment goals within our logistics framework.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. Strong ability to read order sheets and identify products accurately. Excellent dexterity and efficiency in picking and packing. Must be capable of frequent lifting up to 40 lbs. Adherence to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Detail-oriented and reliable. This role is essential to our logistics success, and we seek individuals committed to quality and performance.
