Become an Order Picker for our busy facility in Kansas City, Missouri! This role is essential for fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. As an Order Picker, you will navigate the warehouse to retrieve specific items from inventory, ensuring each order is complete and correct. You'll work with RF scanners and pick lists to locate and gather products, then prepare them for the packing station. A keen eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are key. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from shelves and storage locations using pick tickets or RF scanners.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Carefully handle products to prevent damage.
- Deliver picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear and use required **PPE** correctly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of **Lifting** up to 35 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse **Logistics**.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to **Safety** and following instructions.
