Job Summary:
Join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Seattle, Washington, and play a key role in managing the flow of goods into and out of our facility. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure that all incoming shipments are accurately recorded and processed, and outgoing shipments are prepared correctly for dispatch. You will be responsible for verifying counts, inspecting for damage, and coordinating with carriers. A strong understanding of **Logistics** operations and a commitment to **Safety** are essential. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Inspect all incoming goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
  • Accurately document all received items into the inventory management system.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all **Safety** regulations and company policies.
  • Wear appropriate **PPE** at all times.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed (certification preferred).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with **Logistics** and inventory control systems.
  • Ability to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
