Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and security.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent **Safety** awareness and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to wear required **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Team player with good communication skills.
