Job Summary:
Our growing distribution center in Madison, Wisconsin, is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Distribution Center Associates to join our team. This is a dynamic role where you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods from receipt to shipment. We are seeking individuals who are committed to accuracy, productivity, and safety. As a Distribution Center Associate, your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to meet performance targets while maintaining high standards of quality. A strong understanding of logistics operations and warehouse best practices is advantageous. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand for extended periods. You will operate material handling equipment and must be adept at following instructions and working as part of a team. Safety is our top priority. All associates are required to strictly adhere to safety protocols and wear all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders accurately.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially safety guidelines.
  • Wear required PPE at all times.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of logistics and distribution operations.
