Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associates to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a growing logistics network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including unloading incoming shipments, inspecting products for damage, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for outbound shipment. Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of equipment are paramount. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Your contribution is vital to our success in the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload merchandise from trucks.
  • Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity accuracy.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions.
  • Stage products for outbound shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and Loss Prevention.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and weekends.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate PPE as required.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
