Are you an organized and energetic individual looking for a rewarding opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio? We are hiring Order Pickers to support our fast-paced logistics operations. As an Order Picker, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves, verifying order details, and preparing items for shipment. You will utilize RF scanning technology and other warehouse tools to optimize your workflow. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all team members are required to follow strict guidelines to prevent accidents. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your protection. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires extended periods of standing and walking. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to locate and select products.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Package picked items securely for transport.
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Capability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
