We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate for our Madison, Wisconsin operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate order processing within our logistics center. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe working environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Scan items into inventory management system to track stock levels.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, stocking shelves as directed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals in our logistics hub.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a consistent attendance record.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Commitment to upholding high Safety standards.
