- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure all team members are trained on proper lifting techniques and safety equipment usage.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
