We are seeking dedicated and reliable Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets and meticulously packing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. You will be responsible for the careful handling of various products, ensuring they are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Attention to detail is crucial in verifying product codes and quantities against order slips to minimize errors and returns. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company policies and procedures. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a vital part of our supply chain and develop valuable skills in warehouse operations. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. We emphasize the importance of Safety in all our operations, and you will be trained on proper lifting techniques and the correct use of required PPE .
